At VisioEar by Slivor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward accessories. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original VisioEar packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
